Belize Islands – Ambergris Caye, Also Called La Isla Bonita
Ambergris Caye, also called La Isla Bonita, is by far the most important of the Belize Islands. This Central American country has many isles and little keys, there are about 200 of them, but none compare to this one. Some of the little ones are privately owned and many are uninhabited.
Belize is located in Central America south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. As opposed to its neighbors, it is an English speaking country. Their heritage is Mayan, British, African and Spanish.

It is located in front of Belize coast and features the largest coral reef in the Caribbean area, second only to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
